Our published rates in GBP are shown opposite. These rates are for the villa (irrespective of the number of guests). The minimum stay is 2 nights. We can also accept payments in US$ at prevailing exchange rates. Please ask for a quote.

All rates include Florida state lodging tax of 12%. Optional pool & spa heating is available upon
request (£95 per week for both pool and spa heat and £35 a week for spa
heat only). A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm your reservation and must be received within 14 days. For a full list of terms and
